In addition to the 24\/7 hotline and simple email inquiries, it provides an extended and simplified interface to the service technicians.<\/p>\n<p>Depending on the agreed SLA, customers have access to everything from a personal ticket system to a customized wiki in which maintenance, service cases, known workarounds and much more can be collected. Even without a login, a simple request can be sent to the team. Access to the ticket system can be set up for different people within minutes.
