We are currently looking for a full-time

AV service technician specialising in video technology (f/m/x)

YOUR TASKS

  • Acceptance of service requests, feedback on problem analyses and troubleshooting by telephone, email, remote maintenance or on site within a contractually defined response time
  • Repair or replacement of defective components (spare parts stock)
  • Programming support (video and audio playback system)
  • On-site event and system support
  • Regular maintenance and service work (e.g. on the substructure, electronics, mechanics)
  • Analysing and rectifying malfunctions
  • Processing tickets and managing the service software
  • Team-oriented collaboration with programmers and system specialists
  • Documentation for the customer
  • Supporting the sales team in the creation of service and maintenance contracts
  • In short: you get to the bottom of things and want to find the solution.

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

  • Completed studies (e.g. media technology) or comparable technical vocational training
  • Experience in service and support in the field of AV technology
  • Sound knowledge in the configuration and programming of control systems from leading manufacturers of AV technology
  • Knowledge in the field of network technology
  • Distinctive, independent way of working
  • Responsibility and cost awareness
  • Fluent German, business fluent English
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Travelling and on-call duty
  • Great curiosity, passionate enthusiasm for work and a strong interest in innovative technology
