Site manager (f/m/x)

Your main tasks

• Construction management of projects in the field of media and event technology • Timely determination of personnel and material requirements, cost and schedule control incl. Invoice audit
• Organisation and deployment planning of the team and distribution of tasks
• Coordination with external craftsmen
• Assumption of employer obligations with regard to occupational health and safety
• Construction site documentation, recording of site visits and responsibility for quality and cost management

With this you convince us

• A degree in construction engineering / electrical engineering or a degree in a technical apprenticeship with a master craftsman qualification
• Your strengths include the ability to plan holistically and economically as well as to implement this planning.
• High sense of initiative and motivation with a results-orientated way of working and the ability to work in a team
• Confident handling of common Office applications round off your profile • Good written and spoken German and English skills
• Be mobile and have a class B driving licence.
• Reliability, flexibility and resilience
